This year we have introduced a new entry process. All entries are to be submitted using the steps below. If you have any questions or have any difficulty with the entry process, please email Amy at winterwipeout@hotmail.com
Please Note: Competitors will be required to compete on the day & time your section is listed in the order of events. The competition will run from Saturday morning until Monday afternoon. Please ensure you are able to meet this requirement before entering as we are unable to move sections to accommodate individual competitors.
All entries are to be sent using this form. Click the button below to download entry form.
Step 1: Download & Save the Entry Form. Once you have saved the form to your computer you will be able to edit & complete it. (I suggest this is best done on a computer as it may not work on phone or tablet.)
Step 2: Save your completed form to your computer using your team name. eg. "The Allstars WW Entry Form"
Step 3: Submit your entries by emailing your completed form to winterwipeout@hotmail.com by close of entries on 4th April 2025.
Music for all set dances will be supplied by Winter Wipeout. As per the rules, all other music should be provided to the Event Director before Friday 11th April 2025 on USB or via Dropbox. Cut music for set dance sections can be found below.
Once all entries are submitted, an invoice will be issued for the total of all your team's entries.
Payment must be made via direct deposit using the details provided on your invoice. The full amount must be paid in one lump sum (no split payments allowed). If you need social or workshop registrations added to your invoice, this can be arranged by discussing it with the event directors beforehand.
Every competitor (or their guardian if dancer is under 18 years old) must complete the Conditions of Entry Form prior to being able to take the floor to compete. One form per competitor should be returned to winterwipeout@hotmail.com by Friday 11th April 2025.
Once you have downloaded and saved the form above
1. Fill out the grey section with your "Team Details" - please include contact details for your Team Captain so we know who to contact with any queries we may have.
2. Complete the "Competitor Details" section by putting each competitors first & last name and Date of Birth, one below the other. (This step is essential as you will be using this list to select competitors for each section you wish to enter, so make sure you have everyone listed.)
Across the bottom of the spreadsheet there are 5 tabs, "Solo", "Duo", "Trio" and 2 tabs for "Teams"
3. Select the type of section you wish to enter - Solo, Duo, Trio or Team
4. In the "Section" column there is a drop-down list, click on the arrow and select the section you wish to enter.
5. The "Competitor" column is also a drop-down list. Click on the arrow and select the competitors name from the list. If you cannot see the name you are after, check you have completed their details on the "Team Details" tab.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each section you wish to enter.
Once you have added all your entries
7. Re-save the form using your Team Name eg. The Allstars WW Entry Form
8. Email the form to winterwipeout@hotmail.com
9. Once entries are received you will then receive an invoice for your entries
Inter-Club Entries: Please include competitor in the Competitor Details list with their team name in brackets eg. Amy Brown (The Allstars)
Teams: There are 2 tabs for team entries. If your team requires more space for any type of section, please email Amy at winterwipeout@hotmail.com
